Who employed these people? Honestly your staff are rude and hostile! Not a drop of respect! I went there for the first time and was shocked at how little manners they had! All of them especially the brunette; she looked at me like I didn’t belong there! Im pretty sure they were racist. I genuinely have never been so shocked and ill be sticking to the one in ashton becaude these people DO NOT want customers. Awful! stay away!

Really disappointed with the service here. I spend thousands of pounds monthly in this wholesales and they treat me with such disrespect. No one comes to help, when I want to pay, they keep me waiting while drinking their tea and laughing at me through the glass window. I honestly don't know why I still shop here. They are unhelpful and inattentive, while waiting to pay numerous times they just go off to help other customers. I have been very disappointed with the service. Being cheap doesn't make you a good shop. Being nice to customers does.

AWFUL WITH RUDE STAFF! Would never advise anyone to go here. Better quality wholesalers close by. The staff are extremely rude and unhelpful and when asked questions was told to 'google it'! Staff very argumentative and obnoxious. No level of customer service irrelevant of the fact it's trade only. I would never associate my business with this wholesalers! Awful experiences here. Flowers are poor quality compared with other local trade wholesalers. Avoid this place and go somewhere else!

Exceptional customer experiences are built on how staff members interact with their customers, that’s what sets you apart from your competitors. Even though you are by no way our closest supplier we couldn’t think of doing business with anyone else. Great job!!
