I cannot praise this company highly enough, they go above and beyond with there customer service. Blown us away with there professionalism, such a pleasant change with how the climate is at the moment. We are doing a barn conversion and JB Installations have supplied all the windows, patio doors and bi-fold doors, all excellent quality. If we had any queries Ruth was always at the other end of the phone explaining everything in a very calm way (so patient) and she gave us some great advice on the type of window to use on the barn. Julian and the installation team did a fantastic job on the fitting, we can’t fault anything, great workmanship. So to sum up a massive “Thank You” to Ruth, Julian and The Boys…..you really are simply the best. Jean & John James

An absolute pleasure to deal with JB Installations from start to finish. Ruth and Julian were amazing at designing and measuring up for our new crittal style windows. Communication was great, delivered on time and installed perfectly. They look absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommended this friendly family company to everyone. Thank you to the whole team!

Ruth & Julian provide a first class service from the initial consultation and quote to the quality fitting and aftercare. It is clear that they take pride in their work, ensuring that they do the best for the customer. The personal touch is there throughout the whole engagement. I am over the moon with the installation and look forward to finishing off our house project with more quality windows and doors from JB. Huge shout out to the fitters who were excellent, really skilled and very tidy.

The whole process for installation of our new French doors was excellent. Communication with Ruth was friendly and efficient, the installation was quick and the fitting team were neat and tidy. A minor concern was rectified quickly. The doors are great, we’re super pleased with them and have no hesitation recommending JB Installations.

Ruth, Julian and the team were fantastic to work with. From enquiry, to quote, to measuring and then to fitting the whole process was so straightforward and efficient. Our doors and windows were ready for fitting exactly when the team said they would be. The fitting team were polite, considerate and tidy. We had a large window replaced and internal and external doors fitted. We are absolutely delighted with the quality of the product and the finish. Would highly recommend. Thank you!
