It’s a nice gym with loads of equipment, huge open spaces on the second floor. The changing rooms are nice with great showers. Also an ice cold shower which is great after the sauna. Only issue I have is the sauna sometimes has a huge puddle on the floor. But not often. But still everywhere else is clean as.

Decent size for the price, staff are always hoovering and it always seem clean. However the equipment seems very old - the labels are all rubbed off the cables - meaning you don’t always know what you are lifting, some cables seem to have a lot more resistance than others making your workouts less consistent. Also slightly less equipment than I’ve had in other gyms such as cables, hip adductions etc. However, good amount of dumbbells. Not the gyms fault, but there’s not a good culture, people leave loaded barbells in the middle of the floor and dumbbells out on the floor. There are no signs to discourage this and although I have seen staff tidying up after people, this shouldn't be a problem if there was a better culture.

Decent amount of equipment and gym is a good size. However, the equipment is not well looked after, half the cable machines labels have worn off so you can't see the weight you're lifting. The leg press feels needs some oil as it is stiff to move. Not the gyms fault this one but people just leave dumbbells everywhere.

Great gym with lots of equipment (even has a pendulum squat and belt squat machine) and a nice, buzzing atmosphere. Very busy at most times of the day that I went, either midday, after work or even on a Sunday evening, but that’s to be expected with Salford booming. Some of the equipment is worn down such as the bicep curl machine and hip abduction/adduction machine, so could do with some general maintenance/repairs. But overall, I really enjoyed working out here.

Tiny gym compared to other gyms out there. Sardines inside. And classes run like buses, whenever they want. Smells like pee in the changing rooms. The studio smells intensely bitter sweat. And yoga classes are more like stretching classes. Nothing to do with yoga. The words used by class runners are rude and not everyone wants to be called a female dog when speaking to the class. I would definitely not recommend. Much better gyms around.
