Fantastic facilities spacious carpark, great staff.a gym I love coming to. I haven't been here for five months reason being I got married in August then went to Jamaica for a well deserved three week honeymoon, then came back to finish a refurb on a house that I was doing up. Everything is all good now married life is great, house on the market for sale and I'm back training at a gym I really like. It doesn't feel that I've been away that long straight into the thick of things. The only comment I have concerning the gym, a lot of pt trainers come for a few weeks or months then before you know it they have left.

Best gym I’ve been in to this date all the staff are really helpful and create a welcoming and friendly environment always someone around to ask for tips and advice nothing is ever to much of a ask for any of the team I lost my ring in there the other week and the whole team dropped what they was doing to help me find it which they did really are in good hands being in this gym.
