The most authentic Chinese food I’ve had in the UK thus far! Had the Coconut Chicken Soup (£25) and the Braised Big Intestine Rice Noodle Soup (£10). Both were amazing. The chicken meat in the Coconut Chicken Soup was very tender (even the breast) and the soup was sweet but not heavy (unlike coconut milk-based soups). The Braised Big Intestine Rice Noodle had a thick broth and the big intestines were really flavourful. This restaurant was the highlight of my Manchester Trip and I will be back.

Update: we brought our own seafood here to have it cooked. Absolute dynamite! Ate a great meal here. Dishes all had authentic Cantonese flavors. They use high quality ingredients and make some really good soups. They are famous for their Pork Tripe and Chicken Pepper Soup which is served on a candle lit stove. Also have some seasonal seafood / fish. Best to go with someone who can order in Chinese. Apparently this place gets really busy with students during the school year.

Small restaurant with a warm and friendly waitresses. So surprised they have goose dishes in UK. They might have Hakka chefs, most of the dishes are Hakka taste. We tried Pork bellies chicken soup and coconut chicken soup, they were very tasty, especially have them in cold and rainy nights.
