You hear all the cliches about Estate Agents but my experience at Jordan Fishwick Didsbury was far from that. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional. My main contact was Andrew Horrocks who I can only say was always upbeat and positive throughout the sales process, this is was what you need at the end of the phone when you are going through the stressful experience of selling. Andrew was great in his communication you are never left in the dark and he helped drive on the sale of my property.

I would not have believed that two estate agents could be so different. We initially signed a contract with a local competitor. Very little happened in spite of our hearing that there was massive demand for properties in the area. When the contract expired, we signed with Jordan F. Chalk and cheese! That same day, they managed all the paperwork and publicity. Their attitude was totally more dynamic, positive and constructive than our previous experience. The house sold very quickly. Communications were great. We knew exactly what was happening at any time. Would recommend JF every time. They know and understand the market. They'll give you good trustworthy and reliable advice.
