Tried to click & collect patio furniture. Was too big so booked a delivery in store to our home within 48 hours. We were told that was only delivery option available. Waited in all day on day told it would arrive but it didn’t turn up & no one contacted us. Tried multiple times to call store but no answer or phone picked up & put down. Eventually got through next day. They tried to organise “emergency delivery” (took a couple of goes as they didn’t even ask for our address) but heard nothing further. Went to store in end & asked for full refund. Charged us another £1178 on top of original cost instead of giving money back. They also took original receipt off us when they gave the “refund”. when my partner went back and complained about being charged again (instead of refunded) they said we had no proof of purchase so nothing could be done. Had to call head office and get them to intervene to get money back. Luckily it was click and collect/credit card so they could find our transaction. But beware, the manager at this store behaves horrendously. Absolute shower running this company. Utter, utter shambles. Be careful buying anything here & avoid if possible.

Great alternative to IKEA, store had lots of choice and good prices too. Recently bought a table and chair set from them and think we got an absolute bargain

An absolute revelation. Definitely a smaller IKEA but... For its size, an excellent selection of stuff. Bright store, easy to get around in and loads of quality items for relatively little money.
