Exceptional service from beginning to end. I had three new windows and a patio door installed in record time and to a very high standard. Kris and team are friendly, professional, and deliver. Highly recommend.

Five star service from Kris and the team. We had our windows and front door replaced within one month of obtaining the quote. The job was completed in 3 days and finished to perfection. The fitters were nice and considerate professional people. Very happy with the final result and would definitely recommend the company. Also well priced!

This was the first time we'd bought windows (and a door) and initially went to two of the national companies for quotes. After a lot of fluff, stress and lengthy sales visits we decided to get a quote from K&M Installs. An absolute breath of fresh air; Kris was quick to get back to us, quick to arrange a consultation visit and measure up, honest with his recommendations and was really good with communication. The price was great and we weren't badgered after the quote. Kris also discussed the style options and showed me the booklet to help me choose. Unlike the big companies, K&M didn't insist that we were both there for the initial consultation, and I (a female) felt very safe with both Kris and the fitters - they also didn’t talk down to me like the other two companies had. These other national businesses claimed their windows were “top quality” and that we wouldn’t get that at a smaller company, which is untrue. K&M Installs uses Eurocell - a massive company producing sound quality windows that are FENSA accredited, so don’t fall for this if you get a consultation with one of the bigger companies. The fitting team turned up on time on the agreed date and were friendly, polite and efficient throughout both fitting days. Really impressed that they cleaned up after themselves too - professionals who had respect for our home! As this was our first windows purchase we were incredibly apprehensive about going forward with the purchase and checked lots of little details, which Kris was happy to reassure us about - both before, during and after the fitting. Honest service with excellent quality windows and door, very happy :)

We've had 3 jobs completed by K&M now (6 windows, new front door and replacement patio doors). Their prices are by far the most competitive I've seen and the standards of the works completed are second to none. The teams themselves are friendly and efficient and have left the work areas spotless after each job too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone and will only use K&M for any future work that we require.

From Kris coming round to measure and quote, right through to Mark, Kasper and Dan coming to install all windows and doors of my property - I couldn’t recommend this company more! There was no pushy sakes talk and they have done an outstanding job with no hidden costs. Even to the point of them moving and reinstalling my cctv cameras and ring doorbell to accommodate my porch being ripped out. Thank you all so much! I will definitely be recommending this company to friends and family
