Son ordered protein powder (large tub) it was delivered with the lid not done up properly and the contents all over the box inside. We were not happy to use the powder as we had no idea how long it had been in transit with no lid on or what had happened to it during its journey. We sent photos but were told it would be ok to use and was offered 25% off!! I think we should have had a replacement and the other tub either sent back or binned. Who knows what has got into it while the lid was off!! Not impressed

Paid for the next day delivery. Order turned up after 4 days. They refunded the extra £2 for the next day delivery but would be careful next time before buying something from company website.

So I paid £5.99 for BW+ membership which is supposed to give you unlimited free next day delivery. Since then I have placed 3 orders and selected Next day delivery while checking out and none of them have been delivered before 3-5 working days. Request to refund my £5.99 please. Thanks,

I know how important reviews are to a business seeing as I run a small one. I have been a customer of KBF in many of their products for years and never had any issues. I've had the premium stuff and the cheaper stuff and at all points been how I would expect them. I use a variety of different brands ao have a wide experience.

Had an order delivered and left outside my house by the courier evri. By the time i was home it was gone. Emailed about it and got a response and refund within a couple of days. Evri were useless as a courier but these guys dealt with my problem and seeing all the bad reviews on here i feel like i have to leave this. Dont know what they were like before but they have respnded to all my emails and sorted the problem
