We contacted this service to enquire about a removal for our home. We were advised that they were unable to assist us on the day that was needed, which was no problem. We thanked them and advised we would look elsewhere due to contract exchange being on a set day. This wasn't a problem at all, we were polite. Directly following this we received a voicemail from this service (of Ken) taking in the background to another person. (I don't think they realised they had called back) We could hear them talking about our query unprofessionally as they referred to us as 'Tw*ts' and also using other profanity because they the could not provide removal on the day we had requested. Upon hearing this we were very shocked and find this to be incredibly unprofessional.
