Jamal from Keystone Chartered Surveyors is fantastic to work with and always goes above and beyond what we've experienced with other surveyors. We've used him on two properties that we're buying and his surveys are detailed and thorough, also with a view on how we're going to convert them in the future. The latest survey Jamal's done for us has helped us secure a whopping amount off the original asking price whilst also giving us complete confidence in knowing what needs fixing and roughly how much it's going to cost. Keystone provided us with a good service. The report was very thorough, felt like no stones were left unturned. We also asked for a partition wall survey but this wasn't really worthwhile. Overall very satisfied though.

Really good service. I wasn't sure about using a local firm to begin with but I was amazed. Found out they'e chartered which eased my nerves. They were professional from the beginning and provided a detailed survey faster than I expected at a reasonable cost. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my mother.

I decided to get my building survey done by Keystone because of Jamal Parara who called me personally after I made the initial enquiry. He explained to me in detail what the survey would entail and also emailed me a sample survey report I requested and also the price quoted was quite fair. I was also happy that I received the survey report on the same day it was carried out. The report was very detailed with photographs. There were some things in there which I didn't understand so I called Jamal who explained everything clearly. I would highly recommend Keystone Chartered Surveyors.
