I contacted Kris to quote for a relatively small job which was to install a downpipe for us. He came round exactly when he said he would to give the quote, and then again when he came to do the job. His communication was great, being very responsive and he was very professional, going out of his way to ensure the job was done properly. Good, reliable tradesmen are like gold dust, and we will be using KJW again should we ever require any roofing work.

Our house had the original slate roof which was not far off 100 years old and started having some problems and leaks. Kris has brought it up to modern standards: felted, re-battened and relayed the original slate. Slates were replaced if they were damaged or not suitable to be put back down. We've had all the lead work redone, new ridges and fasicas/soffits and gutters. The full works. Really happy with the finish and confident in the work that's been done. Kris and his team were really professional- full explanation of what was required and what they were going to do. Turned up on time!!
