Just want to say a big thank you to Kool It for all their help with an air con installation in my loft bedroom. From the first meeting with Paul who did the survey I knew I had picked a reputable company. This was confirmed with the installation by Dan and Dylan who did a first class job from start to finish. They checked that I was happy with the work at each step of the way and left the house as clean and tidy as when they arrived. Highly recommended.

I have had 2 separate systems installed by Kool It. Rick and team always are excellent. Right from the get go, Rick recommended the appropriate system. Delivery and installation was as advised and the guys did an excellent job. Small issue with the wifi controller was quickly resolved. Thank you team Kool It, a company that delivers on its promise.

Fantastic company to deal with. We called Kool It to have our office AC relocated during our move. Paul visited to survey the job and had a quote over to us within 24 hours. They were super prompt providing RAMS, insurance, permits etc to satisfy the building owners. And the work was carried out to exceptional quality and at an amazing price! Couldn’t ask for a better company and I will certainly use them again for any future requirements.

Have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Kool-It. Job was to install home air conditioning units and from my first initial contact, site visit, quote and then installation the service was 5 star. The installation team of Rich and Jack were absolutely superb. Friendly, conscientious and definitely know their stuff. Everything was cleared up at the end of each day and was left spotless before they left. Definitely made the right choice going with Kool-It

Residential Air Con Brilliant company to work with, right from the first enquiry to finishing the install. Not a all pushy and listen to you so you get what you want rather than what they want to do. Very very happy with the experience. Came in on time and on budget. One thing I really appreciate is communication so you know what's happening, they excel at this and reply quickly. Rick and Paul have all the bases covered between them (these are who I dealt with, I'm pretty sure the rest of the team are just as good). The install team worked very tidily which was important as I have pets who are inquisitive. All in all a very positive experience and am now enjoying the benefits of cooler less humid air.
