I went to my normal solicitors as I was purchasing a house, the sellers wanted a fast exchange and completion, my solicitors said between 12 to 16 weeks as it had to go into their 'process'! I contacted Kormonicks Solicitors and spoke to Mrs Franks who could not have been any more helpful and assured me that as long as the information was available either from myself or the sellers that their firm would act promptly, which they did, keeping me informed along the way. The whole process was handled very efficiently by Mrs Franks and the firm. From contacting Kormornicks to moving into my new home was eight weeks, well done. I would highly recommend them.
