Asked for la special mixed kebab no spicy food which they put on Also asked for lots of lettuce and lots of onion and lots of garlic moyo which garlic moyo was in a tub Only good thing was the chocolate fudge cake bit dry but not complaining about that No to read order properly plus notes on receipt

Poor poor service and food is even worse. Went in and ordered some wings, the guy that served had an attitude problem. And the wings are the worst iv had. They was like a rock, they was rock solid, no taste, threw them away. Disgusting. Waste of money

Too busy for a simple request that would take them 30 seconds longer. Been ordering food from for years and they have never been able to get the fact that chips that get left in a polystyrene tray get soggy if they make them before the rest of the food that takes longer to cook. I can deal with that if its a delivery order, its to be expected, but when I order for collection purposely and they tell me that they are too busy to make my donner meat and chips when I get there........ on average the guy takes 60 seconds at most to put it all in a tray, this avoids me having soggy chips and cold donner meat. I dont think that this is an unreasonable request given that the kebab I'm ordering for the better half will take at least 10 minutes. This place seems to lack any sort of customer service skills and by the looks of the rest of the review any culinary skills. Shame really, will never order from there again due to the arrogant nature in which I was spoken to, like he is the only one in the world who has ever been busy while at work. After 10 years in hospitality sector, trust me your not.
