My mum was in this care home this year 2024 Very poor hygiene the smell is terrible when you walk in, staff I would say need more training I found my mum in a different bed and was still fully clothed and wet through shocking I'm glad its closing.

I have spent 5 days visiting my brother in law David Lavery and can not thank the staff enough for their wonderful.and compassionate care they gave Dave nothing was too much trouble for them.. sadly he lost his fight with this terrible disease and right to the end they were there with help and support All you wonderful carers I cannot thank you enough ❤️

Our dad as dementia been in another unit but is now very settled seems a lot happier staff that i have spoke to are lovely with the people support credit were it's due at all that I have witnessed spoke every day to check they do there up most to try to reassure family in all aspects thanks guys xx

Under staffed low hygiene standards to many different managers the business is being bought and sold quite often very un stable business with so many different management changes let's hope the latest Clare can add some stability to the businesses future 🤔🤔
