New boiler Upgrade to combi Heating Boiler Servicing Business Plumbing Heating Care Plans Boiler Repair Being without heating or hot water can be really troubling, particularly in the colder months. We all experience boiler problems from time to time, but when do these problems become issues that you can’t solve yourself? This week we were delighted to be able to restore hot water and heating to one of our amazing frontline staff’s homes. We are currently continuing to provide emergency plumbing repairs and work to homes that need it, so it was great to be at the forefront of this local key-worker’s mind in her time of need.

Great communication and very quick to respond. They were very professional, helpful and happy to explain and provide options. The work was done very quickly and to a high standard! Very pleased with my radiators and they're working brilliantly. Would definitely use again.

Recommended by a neighbour, they attended much sooner than anticipated. Very pleasant young man explained what was needed and did it there and then. The problem continued so the same person came a couple of days later and fixed it, this time successfully. Very efficient and helpful from all I contacted at Lacey's, would definitely recommend them and use them again. Tidy, helpful and not overpriced.

Just had a new Boiler fitted had 3 of the team visited my house they were all so nice and helpful. The office team also amazing keeping in contact and updating you. New Boiler is amazing house is now so warm. I wont be using anyone else and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Absolutely brilliant. I've been having some issues with my boiler and looked for a Which? recommended plumber. Lacey Plumbing & Heating had good reviews, and are Which? recommended so I gave them a call. From the outset I felt they were a professional and courteous firm so made a booking. Baz arrived today to carry out the repair work, and I threw some questions at him looking for some advice on a few other things - he was super knowledgable, very friendly and a total asset to the company. He completed the job in good time and gave me a lot of additional advice. Will be using Lacey Plumbing again when I need anything else doing. First class service from start to finish, and not ridiculously priced either. Very happy customer!

If you are looking for plumbing expertise, a good customer experience and value for money I can’t recommend Lacey plumbing and heating enough. I have just had all my very old radiators replaced by them. I needed two of the radiators removing to allow the walls behind to be plastered and painted. After I accepted their estimate, my original plasterer let me down. Lacey’s were really patient, kept in touch and when I eventually found a plasterer, Matt organised the work around him to ensure I was without heating for the shortest time possible. Danny did the work with minimal disruption and maximum efficiency. I can’t believe how quickly he worked, especially as the bedroom radiators were hidden by beds and built in furniture. He tidied up after himself and even managed to tidy up the previous unsightly pipe work. From start to finish everyone I have spoken to from Lacey’s has been friendly, helpful and professional. They turn up when they say they will and do what they promise.
