Joined the gym on the 19th April, six weeks before my holiday. I explained to Liam my requirements. Which was to train to carry a 11k rucksack over 15-20ks daily, for my tracking holiday, with high humidity and a high temperature to also prepare for, Training was essential. Liam suggested a training plan and the number of times I would need to be at the gym (3-4 times a week) to see an improvement. I also had a training session with Liam once a week to increase my workout. Liam help to improve my upper body strength and the ability to carry the rucksack with ease. I was very well prepared and really had a good holiday without suffering any set backs or injures. I was also advised to take oral hydration tables during my holiday (great help) I was use to carrying a small rucksack on my walks, It would have been a difficult holiday without the help Liam gave. Happy to say also loss some body mass to : -)

I Recently started training with Liam after registering to run Tough Mudder to raise money for charity, having not been to a gym in years I needed some help. I contacted Liam and let him know my goals, and hes been great so far. He has put together a training program so I can reach my fitness goal in time for Tough Mudder, whilst being really flexible and working the sessions around my busy and ever changing work schedule. If you are looking for a good, motivating PT, I would highly recommend Liam.

I trained with Liam for a few months. I'm quite athletic and run a lot but struggled to get size and muscle mass in my upper body. Liam put me on an intense upper body training session and in no time I saw significant results that I could not have achieved by myself!! Thanks Liam

Worked with liam for 5 months, he gave me 8kg of lean muscle and also reduced my body fat from 16% to 7%. I am really impressed and it wasn't expensive either! Definitely worth it.
