I am finding booking online to be more stressful than 7 months of the pandemic. You can not book a swim through the life leisure login when you click on bookings select your venue all you can book is a baby splash gym or sports facilities. When i finally found were to book a swim there are so many small boxes to check if you miss one instead of telling you after you click next button, you end up sitting there like a lemon. Finally when you get to the payments page. It gets better enter your payment details then click pay nothing happens. the payment does not go through. I tried several times and you have to start the whole process over again and wait for it, you also lose you booking slot so its right back to the very beginning. Whoever designed this side of the website obviously did not give it the thought it needed. I am still trying to book a swim and guess what there is no helpline either. IS THIS LIFES LEISURE BECAUSE ITS VERY STRESSFUL

I have been going to this gym for a while and I hate it. As it is the option at the time i need to endure it. I though I will list what is wrong with it: 1.Can't get in-fob to get through the gate is not working half of the time 2.Twice in a month I had to wash under COLD SHOWER!!!!! appalling!!! 3.Showers are full of mould 4.No gym changing rooms-for a month i have being told "next week" 5.Freezing- they prop the fire door open with a weight as the entrance to part of the gym is outside and through fire stairs!!! Dangerous!! 6. Equipment is old and dirty 7.Treadmills shake when used 8.Expensive-£30 9.£0.20 for hairdryer!!! Really? ****Roll on March when brand new gym is open
