I had a leaking roof just before Christmas, Karl came and inspected it and we found multiple tears in the felt due to its age. He did a temporary repair on the worst of it but explained that it would not be long term and we would need a new roof as soon as we could afford it. Unfortunately, we had an incredibly bad weather, with multiple occasions of yellow and amber rain after the temporary repair was done, meaning more tears in the felt appeared where the repair wasn't done so we saved as fast as we could to get a full new roof. As soon as we were able, I got back in touch with Karl and we booked in a full roof replacement. He's been amazing, very reliable and extremely respectful of the fact that we were working from home so barely disturbed us while he worked. Definitely recommend to anyone that needs help with their roof.

Used Karl to replace a roof that had entirely degraded. Despite awful weather throughout Karl got the job done almost singlehandedly in 7 days. Lovely guy who just cracks on. Definitely recommend.

Left a message on Karl's voicemail as he didn't answer, that was over a week ago now and i'm yet to get a response despite leaving my phone number, name and an outline of the problem. Even if it's not something he'd deal with it'd be nice to have had a response.

Shambolic service. Offers a warranty on his work then doesn’t follow up on his word. Replaced lead flashing as it was causing a leak didn’t replace any of the lead on the back of chimney. Now still leaking month on won’t return calls or texts. Causing damage inside the property still no call. Scumbag Cowboy roofer his warranty is about as useful as his word.

Karl has done work for both myself and my dad. I had a new roof put on my kitchen extension and my dad had some work on his chimney. Great work and great pricing. I'm about to get him to come and see my neighbour too. Would reccomend Karl again no problem.
