Been training with Lucas for a few months now and feel so much better & stronger, Lucas always pushes me to do better & always has a laugh while doing it. His gym is really well equipped and private so you don’t have to worry about being judged in a busy gym if you’re not too confident. I would definitely recommend Lucas to anyone!

I have been training with Lucas for 3 months .... I have lost 16 pound and dropped 2 full dress sizes ... he adapts training programmes to cater all needs and pushes you to your limits. my fitness levels have massively increased and can see a complete change in body shape defiantly one of the best around 😁
