I had a lovely experience at this spa. The ambience was very welcoming and relaxing. The staff were very friendly and polite. I love how they respected my privacy and treated me like a VIP. During my relaxation session, the staff that attended to me was so nice and interactive. She gave me insightful tips on how to cultivate a healthy lifestyle. The price is quite affordable and reasonable. The spa is very easy to locate as well. I'm not so sure about parking but it is very accessible for buses and taxis. I got a complimentary drink after my session. I will definitely visit the spa again.

I had the pleasure of a lovely massage by Fibi. She is a magician. Couldn't book before I went and i was treated like a VIP and the lovely customer experience I had. I want to go back and definitely get another massage with Fibi. She's by far the best.

Both myself and my husband had a massage today from Elena, she was amazing and asked how much pressure we would like applied. She was concerned and considerate that we was comfortable at all time, offering refreshments throughout. Sore because of exercise and she definitely made our muscles feel more relaxed. We will definitely be back .

I read a lot of reviews and spoke to people before finally deciding on which place for a massage to go to and I'm really glad I chose Lux Escape! The staff were amazing, was offered tea/coffee or water before and after and the massage was exactly what I needed. The room was warm, clean with relaxing music playing. I will definitely be going back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great massage. D.
