They saved my wedding dress! Cannot be more thankful to these ladies! Went to 3 different places before them and they turned me away as told me my wedding dress was ruined and they couldn't wash it. Came to M19 and the lady told me I love a challenge leave it with me! She made it look new again!!!! Thank you so much x

Absolutely horrendous service. Will never use again. Put husbands wedding suit in to be dry cleaned and when I returned to collect it was told the trousers had been ripped in the process and that I would need to come back and discuss it with the manager. Staff member was apologetic but when I returned to speak with the manager she just tried to pass the blame suggesting the suit had been faulty. The tear however was not on a seam but across the trouser leg, against the weave of the fabric. Certainly not representative of a fabric fault. The company have refused any compensation or even any effort to try to mend (although the damage is likely irreparable). Both myself and my husband have been hugely shocked and appalled by the behaviour of this buisness and will be sure never to set foot in it again. I would warn anyone else to do the same, particularly if wanting to dry clean anything of any worth or sentiment! NB: Rewlly rated 0 stars but this is not an option!

Broken washing machine and desperate to get my clothes washed they dropped off and collected within a few hours. Great service, lovely lady there.

Be careful of the posted opening hours. They are not correct and the staff refuse to post any notification to correct this. During my discussion with the staff, I found them unpleasant to deal with. I will not return.

This is a great business that is close to where I live and great service that looks after regulars like me. They do everything that I need them to do and take care of.
