Ian is friendly outgoing and is very adept at his treatments. He makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. I had my first treatments and slept very well but I was very tired for about 3 days after treatment I believe this is normal after not having chiropractic and massage. I now have more energy and still sleeping well.
