Revvi 18 - Pre ordered 2 and paid for 2, was kept up to date by Karen and staff and really looked after. Cancelled one and was refunded within half an hour - then called to say bike is ready and built - amazing service and v helpful staff

worst shop I've been to. got sold a bike that has broke down twice. the owner is aggressive and thinks he is a proper man by telling you he used to do cage fighting 😂 it's a joke of a place that don't want to help you when something goes wrong. wasted thousands of pounds on a bike I can't even use. stay well clear of this shop... like to think they are right about everything. disgusting attitude towards customers. the only positive is that Neil the mechanic was the most helpful there but even then once you speak to the owner it goes down hill. as stated stay clear of this shop... Owner is never there when u want to speak to him. And when u do get to speak to him he will always be right..
