Really great service for an authorised BeQuietrepair centre. My BeQuiet PSU stopped working, as a self employed person, not having a computer means i'm unable to work. Manchester PC were able to really quickly arrange for this to be collected, and less then 2 days later I had a brand new replacement. I don't expect to have any further issues with BeQuiet products, but if I did, am now super confident these would be resolved super quickly.

Fast, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Swiftly responded to my enquiries and replaced my faulty unit under warranty without any hassle. I've always had a good experience whenever dealing with be quiet!. This latest interaction is another solid reason to continue buying their products!

Had a BeQuiet PSU that became faulty, contacted support and they hastily responded for the unit to be sent in, they identified an issue the same day they received it and even sent out a new unit to replace it which arrived the day after. The communication with them was great. The new unit was even an upgrade compared to the previous model I originally had, which is much appreciated. Thanks to the team for sorting this out fast and professionally.

Had an issue with my BeQuiet Power supply (PSU) and went through an RMA process. After quickly exchanging a couple emails I was asked to send my PSU to Manchester PC for testing. Within a week of sending my PSU I received an email stating the PSU was indeed faulty and a replacement was on the way. The replacement was a brand new version of my original PSU so very pleased with the experience. Thank you.

I was highly satisfied with the service I received from Manchester PC. My laptop needed a new battery so they came to collect it on a Friday and it was all sorted and returned to me a few days later on the Wednesday. Whatever your PC needs, I would highly recommend Manchester PC.
