I had our master bedroom fitted by Mark Anthony Interiors in April 2024. Choice of style was vast and they came and measured up even though I’m 20 miles away. Agreed a fitting date 5 weeks in advance so I could prepare the room and they came to fit it on the agreed day. The wardrobes and furniture were all of a very high standard and expertly fitted with large sliding doors that glide properly and feel solid, Altogether a great experience and maybe not as expensive as the similar level competition. It has now been over five months since Mark Anthony Kitchens and Bedroom from Oldham, installed my kitchen. From a distance the kitchen looked very nice and with some confidence, I thought we could begin to use it. Some problems were noted which the fitter came back and sorted, for example, the hob not secured with fixing screws, the earth cable under the sink not connected to anything and left on the floor, a leak under the sink and a plug left in the outlet pipe which stopped water from emptying out of the washing machine. This, however, raised some concerns and on closer inspection of the kitchen by different professionals, the conclusion was extremely poor installation, considering, I was advised the installation was carried out by one of company's best fitters. The problems identified: None of the doors are level, Plinths were uneven, Uneven edging on worktop, Rough edging on end of worktop, Glue smeared on edging strip of worktop, Fridge door not fitted properly, Fridge, dishwasher and freezer door damaged, Dishwasher has only one screw securing it, Poor plumbing, Scratches on oven, MA Kitchens was notified of the above and two workers were sent to rectify the problems. They arrived in a van, unloaded toolboxes and preceded to use my glass top garden table and storage box as workbenches. They left after several hours and again on inspection, nothing had been rectified, doors etc more or less remained the same. In fact, they caused more damage, scratches and super glue left on the top of the oven as well as super glue smeared on microwave. On a further review of the "now rectified" kitchen, I was told the dishwasher is only secured with one screw. The worktop is uneven and will eventually lift when water seeps into it. In addition, they didn't tidy up after themselves. I have sought independent reports from two local kitchen company and the conclusion was: Bad measure is the cause of most of the problems. Bad fitting by inexperienced tradesmen. All round a bad job, the customer should have received better treatment. I have reported this company to Consumer Rights, Trading Standards as work on my kitchen remains outstanding. Suffice to say, I would not recommend this kitchen company to anyone. If you do happen to want to use this company, don't make the same mistake as I did and pay the full amount before the installation is finished.

We used MA kitchens at the start of the year for my mum and dads kitchen and I can honestly say they’ve done an immaculate job can’t pick out any faults, they were so professional and answered their calls and emails straight away, they were so helpful and lovely, we have also used them a couple of times on our bedrooms and again no faults. The quality of their products are great and they have so much choice. Would highly recommend 10/10. Pictures do no justice.

From planning to completed installation couldn't praise highly enough the firm or the lads. Very professional and competitive prices with a stunning finished kitchen. All completed on time and would certainly use MA again.
