We represented the COO of data company Cambridge Analytica. He was investigated for the alleged misuse of personal data obtained from Facebook in order to influence the 2016 US Presidential Elections. After pressure from our lawyers for over a year, the investigation was dropped. Mary Monson's client was Alan Lord, leader of the Strangeways Prison Riot, the biggest ever riot in a UK jail. He was also charged with Murder and Conspiracy. There were 30 defendants. We made arguments about the cause of death, and he was found Not Guilty of Murder. Our client was designer of the heating systems of the Royal Palaces. He was accused of bribing a Palace manager with an experimental domestic boiler. In fact, the boiler hadn't been paid for simply because it did not work. We fought and won the trial at Southwark Crown Court. * 72% of clients' cases resulted in case being discontinued at investigation or court stage, or not guilty verdict after trial. Data from all criminal clients between 02.2017 and 08.2019 - excludes cases where the client admitted the offence and chose to plead guilty.

Look no further ! Pre Charge - No Further Action returned before court proceedings. Pre Charges can often be extended leaving you and your family in a state of prolonged limbo especially if bail conditions are applied. Tom O’Brian and Emily Wilson were fantastic providing support and advice throughout. Advice was delivered in easy to understand terms and I was never left in the dark. Support was first class , no lingering waits for a response. The fixed fee options should be considered if your case is complex, though hourly rates are competitive.
