Purchased Skechers from Meeks Ashton under lyne inner lining bubbled causing extensive foot problems both feet lady in charge said nothing can do no replacement just offered some insoles she just was,'nt interetedi am 78 years old never complained before taught me two things never buy Skechers made in Vietnam and never shop at Meeks again price for them £65

It is refreshing to have such good service. Bought a pair of shoes that had slight fault, and staff replaced them without batting an eye lid,(especially when shops are under so much pressure in current times). I'm surprised to see any bad reviews as that was not our experience. Thank you

Nice shoes, terrible service. No help offered at any point. Had to go to counter and wait for the three ladies there to stop chatting before I could get some help with shoes to try. If I hadn’t known exactly what I wanted I certainly wouldn’t have continued shopping. A lady gave me the shoes I asked for and told me they didn’t have one of the two sizes I asked for but had brought a larger size. Then promptly went back to her chat. The sizes were exactly the ones I asked for not what she told me they were, which was fine but odd. I was left to try them on with no further help or comment offered. I did buy shoes and am very happy with the brand. However, in future I will shop somewhere where my custom is appreciated.

staff are rude and unhelpful. Such a shame as Clarks/Meeks used to be the best place to go for kids shoes. Staff are not welcoming. This is the second time Ive had the same bad experience at the Ashton branch. Wont be going there again.
