Amazing and quick service, very honest, kind and professional. I went there to see if my laptop could be fixed after considerable liquid damage, and to my surprise they fixed it fantastically well and fast, and for a very fair price. I'm doing A levels so I needed my laptop back as soon as possible. They went above and beyond to help. During the repair process they kept in touch and thoroughly explained the damage and repair including pictures taken along the way. I couldn't be more happy with their help. By far the best laptop repair shop in Tameside. They just say as it is. Highly recommended.

I went to Microtech because of the reviews and how long they’d been established and they didn’t disappoint. They were helpful from the minute I phoned to drop off my MacBook to picking it up. My laptop is several years old and needed a few things doing but Kal did nothing without consulting me first. I’m very pleased with the service and my laptop is running like new.

Took a week for them to come back and say my phone still wasn’t ready, was extremely rude and called me abusive names. I had my phone fixed else where and it was cheaper and took 10 mins!! Absolute rip off just because I’m a ‘filthy girl’, I doubt they even knew how to do the job

Rude, arrogant and argumentative! Was told 4-5 days for the screen on my phone to be fixed which, in the end took 2 weeks! Kal was rude and argumentative on the phone, I had the call on loudspeaker at work to which colleagues heard the full conversation. Told me to stop ringing several times and "mithering" and that the phone will be fixed as and when he can! Not very professional or well mannered! The communication and service was not very good. I would have taken phone elsewhere to be fixed if I had known it was to take that long. Collected the phone and he was rude to his staff member and having a go at him, and that he shouldn't have taken the job on. I will not be a returning customer!

Took my MacBook to Apple to be fixed and was extremely disappointed when they tried to charge me £600 to fix my laptop. Once I had agreed to a lower price, they hadn’t even fixed the issue. I then took it here and got it for a third of the price, Karl, who was extremely helpful and explained everything in detail and his service was incredibly quick and second to none in his speed and delivered as promised, he even kept me in the loop in the short time I was waiting. Would highly recommend for anyone that has any issues with their Apple devices, Karl will be my first port of call if I have any further issues. Thanks, Tina
