I was in the queue for 30 mins waiting to renew my passport then to be told that they can't do it because the Internet is no longer working and the card machine isn't working and they are only taking cash .Couldnt even do my photos I was so disappointed . What a wasted journey.

Main post office 3.45pm 20 customers waiting and one cashier doing the post office duties and the foreign currency counter what a joke boycott it and use smaller ones within a short distance away disgrace from the government owned mail service not the 1 st time this as happened

The service is very poor and the staff are rude and nervous, it was really horrible that I just asked them and this is when English is my second language and this racism is intolerable in this time period and they made my day I will start crying. And let me tell you that the post office is inside the bookstore, and when I told the post office clerk, the cashier of the bookstore said this, she shouted that it has nothing to do with the bookstore. That is, it is not a matter of racism, in fact, they even cannot be nice and polite to themselves.

If it would allow I would not even award one star!! The service extremely poor and horrific! Who knew a chair in the queueing system meant they were not serving anymore customer? Is it that difficult to put a note on abit of paper? Also be very aware that this place operate to close early whenever they feel like it!! More than 10 times in the space of a month they put the chair in place between 4.30 and 4.45 even though advertising opening hours till 5.30!!! Always the same excuse is given, shes on her own and needs to cash up! One hour to count cash?! The solution is simple, hire more staff or change the opening time online! I would strongly advise to avoid this place if possible, the behaviour displayed will certainly put you on a foul mood!!

If you have a parcel to post at this post office - I would advise that you take half a days leave from work in order to stand in the ridiculously long queue at this post office. Also, if you're as unlucky as I often find myself when it comes to this particular post office, you will arrive here to find it closed... Or, on one of many lunch breaks. After another wasted trip today...I am now driving to another branch 😖
