We have gone with Mill Carpets twice in the last ten years and both experiences were very positive. The shop in Northenden has a good choice of carpets and flooring and the owner/fitters are very knowledgeable and thorough in their work. I would definitely recommend.

Purchased a carpet from Mill carpets in Northenden before Easter and The shop owner arrange fitting and we had to pay fitter there was there was to much carpet ordered and the fitters tried to load it in the van and take away , we had no details of carpet . The carpet fitters were diabolical they scratched my newly decorated landing and stairs, black dirty hand prints every where carpet loose on landing also on a step not pushed back and hooked on to gripper rod I ordered 4 door plates they remove the long door plate and took away and only fitted 3 and put my old one Back in bathroom doorway. I contacted the shop owner he apologised and said he would send fitters back to rectify but they haven't turned up, I will not be recommending Mill carpets or using them again very poor back up service beware if you use them

Had appointment to have hall stairs and landing measured up for carpet. Was told Friday 5th after 4 .30 . Waited until eventually gave up. Very disappointed. Had no phone call to say why. Went to Longley lane carpets . Much better service.
