If you actually want to receive the blinds you pay for don't bother using this bunch of cowboys. Quick to come out, give you a quote and take your money but that's where their service ends. Pathetic excuses, unanswered phone number and hours waiting for a fitter I was assured was on his way. I would say the company is a joke but I don't find their ineptitude very funny.

Offered me £20 to remove this review. So glad I didn’t accept it . Need to warn potential customers about the Terrible service. Blinds fitted so badly and the company refused to come back and correct them. Had to take them down and pay a reputable company to fit new ones. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED you will regret the day you booked this blind company, I know I did and many others too. Please read the reviews

Appalling experience and so stressful! Having to raise a resolution now with my bank to get my money back! Despite being promised every day this week a fitter would come to fit blinds they have never arrived. I have spent so much time chasing these people and being let down and lied to I wouldn't want anyone to be in the same position as me!
