Kristy was absolutly bad thru the phone she looked at me with no respect she was so bad to the point I left the job. I did ask about my pay and she replayed : You live in England You pay taxes so of 500 i got off 170 ask for day holiday and 330 plus 47.79 got me 380f for 42.5h . When I asked about that she replay I dont care I want listen to You. Worst expiriance ever in 20 years of me been in Uk having this situation make me feel upset and depresed. She treated me with no respect at all said many lies about me and she never was on site to begin with. My site manager said that it was a pleasure to work with me and all people said I was the best labourer they ever had. Just because she had problems she puts her anger on other people as she dont care as she said it. Never try to get a job thru this agency as money wont be right and they will tell you many lies as then they fill better.

Kirsty one of the consultants working here was horrible on the phone basically looking down on me saying im not a worker because i was ok universal credit was very condescending, her overall attitude was awful made me feel bad about myself. I would stay away from this company at all cost they lie about start dates and times and didnt keep me upto date i had to ring them for them to tell me it changed again the start date and kirsty had the cheek to question my reliability.

Be careful if your thinking of working for Minstrell as My Experience of working Through them Recently is This An hourly Amount was agreed in advance of me doing the work which I had proof of they paid me Less I brought it to their attention more than once they said they would increase the rate they never did I was told I could claim Travel Expenses if I provided receipts which I did they never once paid Expenses They don't forward messages or return messages even if it's important information you'll only get a call if it's in their interest And To Top off an otherwise Garbage service I was underpaid over Christmas of all times which put me in debt through no fault of my own and when I could eventually Talk to them in the new year about it they got into the blame game saying it wasn't them and more or Less I was Lucky to get what I got as someone had come in special over Christmas to pay wages as Though I should be grateful for any wages So do be careful or even Just work for someone else as some agencies are plain Trash
