I accidentally water damaged my Moto G6 Play. It wouldn’t do anything! Tried all the Drying Out techniques found on YouTube but the phone still would not recover. Some files were Not backed up to the Cloud , they were Only in the phone’s memory . So fixing this phone was a real challenge as the data had to be saved. Additionally this phone did not have a removable battery- it’s a sealed unit. The guys at PhoneZone were fantastic . Really polite and professional. They struggled for a week but eventually fixed my phone AND preserved the valuable data. All done for a very reasonable price. I have no hesitation in recommending this store ( top floor of Middleton Shopping Centre). Absolutely brilliant. Thanks to all the team there.

Amazing service!! My son's iPhone 6 had been dropped in a lake for 5 minutes and was completely dead but the incredible staff name is NAZ got it going again for a really good price. I'm recommending to everyone. I've used them for screen repairs before and the speed of service is second to none. Thanks so much.

Extremely pleased with the service I received from Fonezone... fast, straightforward , great advice given and eager to help... I found JAMEEL to be very welcoming and courteous... I did not know this place initially but was advised to go there by a neighbour to have my mobile fixed ... so obviously the words goes around...I wasn't disappointed... the place is clean and smart and well equipped... needs seem to be answered swiftly and with accurate timing... the place wasn't buzzing and I liked that...JAMEEL has calm attitude and is a good listener too which allows one to explain the problem without feeling pressured to do so...I am very grateful for the discount I have received to which demonstrate Fonezone support for the NHS workers... Fonezone is the place to go and do business with not matter what technology you bring there...a big thank you from me... I will definitely get my phone and other gadgets from there in future. ..
