Bank Holiday Monday, post office will be shut I thought, but oh no, online it says its open (and the sign on the door says its open when I got there). I go in and there's a man standing behind the counter, and he says he's not accepting post today... Sorry but what's the point of a post office that doesn't accept post. Clue's in the name. POST Office. Why say you're open when actually you're not, wasted journey. Does this man have nothing better to do than stand there all day just telling people to go away? Just update it online rather than wasting my and your time.

Really poor service. Paid in a HMRC cheque (tax rebate) into my santander account. This they had lost as my bank stated they had not received it! The post office fobbed me off when i complained stating 'we have never lost a cheque' DONT PAY ANY CHEQUES INTO YOUR ACCOUNT USING THIS POST OFFICE

They would not accept my prepaid eBay parcels because it would not go trough the large letter guide freely it needed a little pull the man in the post office said they or he will get into trouble for that. Took it to a different post office they didn't even try it they just took the weight and scanned it. I asked the question are you not gonna try it because of my previous experience she did an it went trough with a little pull no issues from them. Not using them again always have a bad experience no matter who works there.

I don’t know if it’s the systems they’re using in here or wether it’s the staff but the service is sooooo slow. I hate going in there. It must have taken 5 minutes for the woman to change some Euros for a guy today. Queue is always massive. If I could have given it zero I would have.
