Excellent duvet service wash. Quick turn around. Worth it when you balance time, convenience and energy costs. I certainly will use then again.

Shocking customer service! One of the persons looking after the place basically humiliated me, made several assumptions about me and ultimately all for nothing. Some background: I’ve only ever previously visited any laundrette 2-3 times in my lifetime. The last time I visited this particular one, I was requested to place my clothes in the machines labeled as ‘For Staff Use’. This was despite several other machines being empty and working. During the most recent visit: 1. The first assumption made: that I was ‘ill mannered’ for not asking first before putting my clothes in the machine. They were wrong: I have some social anxiety (largely resulting from people like the ones encountered here) which means that I generally mind my own business and avoid unnecessarily talking to people. 2. They assumed that I couldn’t read properly and sharply pointed to the signage that said ‘staff usage’. They were wrong: I read very well, but some signage can be easily missed when anxious. 3. Both the machines marked as ‘Staff Usage’ were empty and not used. When I asked whether there was a backlog of laundry for which those particular machines were needed and whether I should transfer my clothes to another machine. They replied: ‘No it’s fine’. So all this humiliation was for nothing other than their own personal pleasure. 4. When I mentioned that this is the last time that I’m visiting this laundrette. The reply was: ‘good’. So they likely have more business than they can cope with even though the place was actually empty! 5. I actually assumed that the staff preferred us to use the ‘staff usage’ driers since I was instructed to use those the last time. All of this was so sad and unnecessary. I eventually took my clothes out half-dried and went off to a different laundrette where I had a better experience.

Without doubt this is the best launderette in the Heatons, fantastic staff, always polite and helpful.

I just went to there to wash my blanket I left it to be washed when I collected it I realised that they only washed with water no powder in it! Absolutely not recommended! Quite expensive as well

Old style laundrette. Drop off a service wash every week. The women working there are fantastic. Great place
