Two years ago I discovered my small toploading freezer had failed and the contents were beginning to defrost. I rang round the big suppliers but no one could supply one within 24 hours. I had been told about Moston Lane Appliances and rang them in a panic. Within 6 hours they had brought my new freezer and taken the old one away. When my old fridge began to die slowly and I couldn't find one with the specifications I wanted, once again they rose to the challenge and I had my new fridge fitted yesterday (January 2017). I would recommend this company to any one and would not hesitate to use them again. If you read on you'll see I did. I first reviewed this company 6 months ago and when I needed a new washer/dryer last week, they were the ones I turned to. Had the one I wanted supplied and fitted within 24 hours - wonderful!! Thank you Mike, Lee and the fitters, I look forward to using you again. When my beloved 15 year old gas cooker began to fail I turned to this company and once again they've turned up trumps. There was a delay on the delivery of the cooker to Moston Lane Appliances but I was kept informed at every stage with no effort from myself and it was delivered and fitted this week. Thank you Mike, I would recommend your company every time.

Our washing machine seemed like it was on its way out. I called Moston Lane Appliances to ask if they could have a look to see if the repair was worth it or if we needed to buy a new one. Luckily I could send them a video of the issue and so they assessed it without having to call out. We then knew it was time to buy a new one and they helped us choose one and had it delivered, installed and our old one removed in the same day. Brilliant service, staff were incredibly nice.

Mike provided a top notch service. Within an hour and half of calling, dishwasher was fixed and doing its job again. Set fee for parts, labor and 12 month guarantee..very reasonable and very impressed! 3rd time I've been back (previous for new fridge freezer) and latest was a new washing machine. Called up and in couple hours old integrated was removed and new one installed and leak I didn't know I had fixed. Above and beyond service!

Our washing broke down on Saturday, left a voicemail message and received a call back first thing Monday morning from Moston appliances. Called into their shop at 11.30am and our new washer was delivered and fitted by 1.30pm . Excellent service great team. Can highly recommend this company. Thank you.
