Absolutely rubbish service and customer support bought a car end of January, engine light and exhaust flexi split within 2 weeks of purchase, was told by garage they’d speak to directors then was told not covered even tho the problems became apparent within the 2 weeks of owning which is the cooling off period of which I could’ve returned the car for full refund instead of just asking for a simple repair to be done

WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR DEALER TO ANYONE! Since the day I purchased my vehicle from this dealer I have had nothing but issues with the car. On the day of purchasing my vehicle, the tyre air pressure light was on, showing they hadn’t even put enough air in the tyres when I left the dealership. When I put air in myself all the tyres we significantly down. That same day I had 2 people on the road inform me my wheel looked like it could fall off and was loose. This could have been extremely dangerous for me if the wheel had fallen off. The day after purchasing the vehicle I have had to buy 1 new wheel, 2 new tyres and a new alloy just straight after buying this vehicle. The two tyres were boardline legality with regards to depth of tread. The car that I bought was a previous insurance write-off which the garage did not inform me about. They were legally obliged to state this in the advertisement for the car which they didn’t. Most recently I have had to call out the AA due to the battery dying on the vehicle, this shouldn’t be happening so soon after purchasing the vehicle. The garage only provided me with one car key so I had to spend £150 on an additional one. The garage has not reimbursed me for any of the additional costs I have had to pay and no longer pick up my calls for me to be able to reach them. I wouldn’t recommend this garage to anyone, I have had to pay £400+ since having this car due to various issues.

Great experience of buying my first car from Motors Connect. Jamaal was really friendly and helpful throughout the transaction and they were able to deliver my new car to me the next day. Highly recommend.

Jamaal was absolutely amazing! Very friendly, and was not pushy to buy buy buy. This was a very relaxed buying experience. He is a very honest and straight forward salesman, even before we arrived to view the car. Definitely recommend this place, and definitely deal with Jamaal, you won't regret it.
