Although we love mountains sports and action sports, we have lots of experience of helping people who enjoy the more common sports like running, road cycling or team sports like football, rugby etc. Even if you don't really play sports but are sore from something you've done in the gym or just from day to day life, we're here to help you overcome it and leave that problem in the past!

Had my first session of core activation and trigger point therapy today with Adam. Must say I'm impressed by how knowledgeable he is, and the effectiveness of what we've been doing today. I'm a cyclist and needed attention to a lower back pain I've been experiencing lately. I feel much better today, and Adam has toght me the exercises i need to do to get rid of the pain and improve my core strength so the pain doesn't come back, so looking forward to my follow-up session with him. Also the facilities are great and all equipment brand new! There's free parking and it's very well signed, and there's a cafe upstairs. Overall great experience, will use again Alex

The sport massage for my lower body and legs was absolutely fantastic with Adam ,he was skilled and knowledgeable, focusing on my problem areas and using just the right amount of pressure to release tension and knots. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated and with extra knowledge about my problem area and Adam also gave me some stretches to do at home. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking to improve their athletic performance or simply seeking a soothing and effective massage.

I booked a session with Adam to get help in assessing a chronic ankle injury. The booking process was straight forward and the forms provided prior to appointment allowed me to give more information on my issue. The location is easy to get to, parking is available on site and there are a variety of facilities within the building. Adam was personable, created a comfortable environment and is very knowledgeable especially with muscle and bone structure and the healing process. His assessment identified my issue down to the specific ligament which I hadn’t been able to pinpoint so far. We ran through multiple exercises and variations to both help with recovery and also improve my range of motion which was a goal for me, all without specialist equipment required. I’m very happy with the session, I came away with exactly what I was after and more. I highly recommend a session with Adam

I recently had a full body massage from Adam, and it was a truly wonderful experience. Adam was highly skilled and professional, creating a comfortable and calming environment from the start. His attentive approach made me feel at ease throughout the session, and he clearly understood the areas that needed focus. The massage itself was both relaxing and therapeutic, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and much more relaxed. I highly recommend Adam for anyone seeking a quality physiotherapy massage that combines expertise with a comfortable, friendly atmosphere.

I was recommended by a friend to book in for a massage with Adam to help me with my sore back and tight hamstrings which keep flaring up when I exercise. I was very impressed by the setup at the brand new Mountain Sports Therapy clinic and Adam gave me a fantastic and professional massage which has absolutely helped me in the last few days. I booked back in to go do the Core Strength Crash Course which Adam explained should help me address my symptoms for the long term, as I don't want to be limited on how much I can workout. I'm looking forward to it, and will definitely recommend Adam to everybody.
