NEVER AGAIN GIRLS DONT GO HERE TERRIBLE Disappointed with the service... my nails were more expensive then originally said so 25 to 30 an iwouldnt mind they were plain sparkling pink which I let him choose stating to do something he was confident with firstly they were not even filed off the sides of my nail bed they were much to big an thick odd sizes an completely neglected a number of times I asked them to be more pointy as I requested the last shape on the wall if u girls know what I mean.. I was told they would look silly and completely disregarded my concerns an wishes the day after my nails were sore they were that bulged an unfilled I had to file the edges to make somewhat comfortable within 3 days I've lost 4 nails If it wasn't Sunday then would have demanded them to be removed but unfortunately I had to live with them...watch out girls the guys wife is so rude an u professional snarling an stampin making her husband rushore what a terrible service very upset as I don't treat myself often t0 my nails as I can't afford them as much as I'd like so even more down withend results I can't even post a pic for some reason typically

RUDE AND AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! awful customer service, showed them an inspiration pic looked nothing alike and when we tried correcting they constantly talked among each other laughing in chinese clearly talking about me.

Bottom of the shoe Disgusting behaviour!. They should not be open! This is my second time here. The first time, the gel on my nails peeled of and chipped within 2days. Out of convenience, I thought I would give them another chance. This is what happen today….When my mum and I walked in, the staff member was slumped in a chair, sleeping. When I asked if he was available, I asked he awoke and asked ‘what did I want?’ I asked for a full set and he kept asking what I wanted, not accepting my response. After a while of this back a forth, of the same question and answer, he sprung up out his chair as if he were about to hit me, screaming ‘you get out of shop’ Tbh, it was quite scary. As I got out of my chair, to leave I told him that is no to treat any customer, and that I should be calling the police as we was feeling threatened. He told me to go and f’myself repeatedly, and started to walk around the nail bench to confront me even closer! Myself and my mum rushed out before he could get any closer, and he proceeded to do extremely disgusting hand gestures at us. Which I managed to grab a pic of. Hopefully I can post it. I have no other words apart from disgusting, disgusting disgusting! behaviour. I have never been treated like in my life by any staff member. My advise to anyone?…stay very clear of this place! Your nails won’t last and you will get treated horribly!
