I am over the moon with my German shepherds first groom and my first experience using a groomer. I had been struggling to get Sam's undercoat off, and his fur looked a mess. I didn't think there was much that could be done, but I knew it was time for a professional. His fur looks amazing, so soft and clean! I today had the pleasure of meeting Georgia with my anxious Yorkie who is not always sociable. At her suggestion he was left for 30mins and then had his nails clipped. He totally surprised me by being friendly and cooperative with Georgia. She is calm,professional and has special gift with dogs. We are going back again for wash,cut etc. Very happy with the outcome and 100% recommend.
