Mrs Najma Khan had a passion for cooking and developing her Asian cuisine, learning her cooking skills from her mother. Naj brought her skills and recipes with her to the UK were she quickly established her reputation among her friends and family as being a brilliant cook, creating new recipes for curries, pastes and chutneys.

Over the years her passions grew and grew until she decided to set up her own business from home making her secret recipe sweet & spicy mango ketchup, which she developed in 1989.
