This morning my tyre punctured on my way to work, but luckily one of your members of staff whilst travelling to work themselves kindly stopped and helped me sort it out. I couldn’t be more grateful for Matthew’s help this morning. He was super lovely and got the job done in no time which I was immensely appreciative of. I just wanted to thank him for this!

My car went to this garage for front suspension spring replacement. On collection I was told they had destroyed my locking wheel nut key and nut and that I need to go to BMW for a replacement. I was told a spare bolt had been fitted in place of the destroyed one. On driving away I found my steering wheel juddering so pulled over and found 1 wheel nut on a wheel the garage had taken off was only finger tight and I could remove it with my fingers. I returned to the garage and they said they were aware the wheel nut was only finger tight as they couldn't tighten it when they refitted the wheel. I also found damage to my alloy wheel caused by the mechanic destroying my locking wheel nut. I complained to Halfords and asked them to reimburse me for the £60 BMW charged for new locking wheel nut set. I also asked for compensation for the damage they had caused to my alloy wheel so I could get it repaired. Halfords replied and said my case would be passed to management. I heard nothing since except a £60 refund appeared from Halfords which I presume is for the wheel nuts? I complained again to Halfords and have been told they will not be offering me compensation for the damage they did to my alloy wheel. It is completely unacceptable that this company thinks it’s acceptable to damage customers property and not be held accountable. The fact they sent a £60 refund for the wheel nuts with no word is an admission of guilt and I will not be treated like this. I complained on Trust Pilot and was told by Ruth on 6th October that my complaint would be passed to a 'specialist' but I've still heard nothing. I've had a quote for £162 to repair the damage caused to my alloy wheel and I won't rest until I receive this. Case: 21114946

Had to replace a tyre,seen to straight away took 15 minutes all other tyres checked and correct pressures check . Staff are very helpful in explaining all work they did.

Great garage! I was looking for somewhere to fix a puncture on a Saturday afternoon and with most places shut on weekends, I went to this garage, slightly hesitant based on previous reviews. Service was great! Super friendly, efficient and professional, would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Excellent service as always, Steve helped me out with a puncture last minute after being let down by a local independent. Nice to see the chains still care, and can always rely on this branch. Warm waiting room, clean bathroom too. ☺️
