Jonathan the service advisor is amazing he went above and beyond for me! I tried to book into Ashton National tyres but they are always busy very rarely answer the phone and are dismissive and advised me to book in with Duckinfield. I was considering to stop using national tyres forever folowing my experiences with Ashton. However since speaking to Jonathan has made me a loyal customer again. He had always called me back when said and kept me updated all along. ordered my tyre in and gave me an update when arrived, made it a stressfree process. I turned up today at the centre without a appointment, was expecting to be told to book a appointment for another day for the tyre fitting. Jonathan managed to squeeze me in for today even though there was only one technician working today. Within 2 hours of leaving car he called me to give the great news he has had the tyre changed for me. His level of service is the best in the business I have ever come across and he is the difference to retaining customers and gaining repeat business along with recommendations to family and friends. He was very welcoming from the initial phone call and very friendly when visiting without even an appointment. I would strongly recommend him to everyone. This guy is the perfect example of excellent customer service. The staff at the Ashton site need to come to him for training on how to deliver exceptional customer service! Truly a credit to your business. I hope he receives this feedback and is given the credit for the amazing job he does.

It's great with friendly and welcoming staff, the only downside is that the prices have gone up quite a bit. However, was able to sort my car out at short notice and very quickly. Definitely satisfied with the work done.
