Me and my colleagues have just ordered a chip muffin from Nellys. Mid way through eating we notice the muffin is over dated with visible mould. Please be aware of the food you order.

So upset at my choice today that I could kick myself. I went in happy to find a Halal Chippy. The pleasure I experienced was short lived. In actuality the pleasure lasted until I took my first bite of these hand cut chips that had no consistency and even when drowned in condiments tasted of burnt oil. Don't get me started on the cheap freezer fish that was caked and I mean caked in batter that absorbed all the flavour and colour off the bottom of the pan. Sore bitter after taste. Over cooked nasty fish. I'm clutching my stomach as I type as the pains relating to this cheap meal are now taking their toll...five minutes in. I tried to call but they don't answer and have no answer machine. I was left no choice but to air my frustration here. -4 out of 10. Don't Do It To Yourselves

You can't beat a good chippy, especially on a weekend. Ordered from Nelly's a couple of times now through Just Eat and the experience has been the same both times. Very tasty food, polite and friendly staff and good collection times that didn't leave me stood waiting. Will definitely order from Nelly's again.
