Stolen money from a vulnerable person. She stated she isn’t well on the phone. Proof of payment provided and they cancelled the order and offered no refund

They took the money for the food and then claimed they hadn’t received it. Whilst waiting for the payment to come through she said she was making the food and would keep checking to see if it came through. £20 down. I sent proof of payment as I paid by card on website. Cancelled my order so we’ve ordered else where would never go back
