excellent accessible location on a main street. No parking but you can park a short walk away. recently visited and had the pleasure of dealing with Paul who was not only helpful but polite too. he also went the extra mile in helping me track down a parcel I was missing. excellent service! Thanks Paul.

Thoroughly unhelpful staff member rudely informed me that the branch has chosen not to print returns labels anymore, and that I should consider driving to Accrington. This woman clearly did not want to be in work today, and chose to speak with disrespect & contempt. Customer Service training should be completed again.

I’m new to the area and I have used this post office to send parcels 3 times now; I have to say, this is THE BEST post office I’ve ever used!! It’s besutifully clean and the staff are always smiling, perfectly presented and ever so polite and helpful. Nothing seems too much for the staff!! I would like to thank you for it always being a pleasurable experience when I’m there! Keep up the fantastic work. You’re all a credit to the post office!

Terrible and rude service from owner Vickie. I arrived to return a package... All in the package, QR code on screen ready and all I asked for is if she could add a bit if tape to the outside of the package. She told me with bad attitude that ist not her job to do that and that they sell tape on the shelf. I was shocked as I've always had no problem asking a bit of tape on packaged before at other post office. Everything was inside ready to go, I wasn't askibg her to wrap it for me. As mentioned 9 had the QR code on my screen ready as well. She was rude and asked me 'to just hand it over as she had other customers to serve' I hate service like this so asked for complaint policy or speak to manager she smirked and told me 'I am the manager I own the building'. She was smug as if she is above complaints. I pushed and asked for branch ID and have since made a formal complaint against the post office It's unacceptable to take whatever stresses she has perhaps over busy Xmas period out on customers and then smirk as if she can't be complained about. I felt like she was embarrassing me and I wouildnt recommend and will not be going there again... Shame as its my local post office and 8ve just bought a raffle ticket from there yesterday to support but knowing she is in charge I will avoid like the plague in future

Will not be buying any Euros from here again. Though the exchange rate is good at mo - €1.19 - and researched what PO will give - €1.15 - my friend recieved €1.07 for £400. The counter clerk did not advise if she bought £500 the rate is higher just informed her the above is bank rate. Not impressed.
