Had a fantastic experience with Nicemove when moving house from London to Cheshire and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and capable removals company. The crew (Ian and Andy) were friendly and took great care

to keep our household items safe. They both massively reduced the stress of moving by providing a high quality wrapping service alongside the removal and we felt assured that everything was going to be looked after. Tracy from the office was also incredibly helpful and really great at communicating, ensuring that we we were always kept up to date. She provided a rapid solution when an issue with access arose and we are really grateful for her, Ian and Andy’s help with the whole process. Would gladly use Nicemove again should we need to move items in the future.

Absolutely fantastic guys (Earl, Ian and Andy) who helped us with everything (we had a ton of things to move!). They just didn’t stop and they are a brilliant team. Everything was packed and transported carefully and arrived in perfect condition. We are so thankful for all of their help and would recommend without hesitation.

Can’t recommend these guys enough, the initial consultation was a really easy process and Tracy was quick to respond to any questions that we had. The team on the move day were really professional and had everything packed up so safely and nothing was too much trouble for them, they were really conscientious in our new house not to damage walls/carpets which was appreciated! Definite 5* star service!

This was my 3rd move using Nicemove. I absolutely wouldn’t use anyone else. From the care and compassion shown by Tracy in the office during a sensitive and stressful time for me to the guys on the moving day- Andy and Ian, who were friendly, Caring, patient and so careful and efficient with the job. Tracy even came to check in on us on moving day too and made herself available if there were any problems- she really is a diamond. Excellent communication and they couldn’t have taken better care of us. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone- my family have all used them for their moves too and have been equally delighted with the service. I am hoping to never move again :-) but if I do I know where I’ll be going! Thanks so much team

Nicemove were recommend to us by a colleague of mine. They helped us move our heavy pieces of furniture out of a second floor flat and in to our new house. From the moment I contacted them, Tracey was so friendly. We had a Zoom meeting to discuss and show the items we wanted moving on the day. On the moving day, the two guys arrived early and were able to get everything in to the van quickly without anything being damaged or any fuss with all of the stairs. They unloaded everything at the new house just as fast and made sure they took care of the house, such as taking of their shoes as the carpets were new. We were really happy with the Nicemove and would be happy to recommend them to anyone. We will use them again if we ever move again (hopefully not). They were very competitive on the pricing as well.

We cannot recommend Nicemove more highly! This was our second move with Nicemove and we wouldn’t use anyone else. From gaining information about moving from Tracy to the pre load of our items through to completing and moving into our new home the process was seamless. Tracy is just wonderful and makes you feel cared for. Tracy is with you every step of the way. The two gentleman who moved us Ian and Earl were just fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and they made our living day stress free and fun. They worked incredible hard. We will continue to recommend Nicemove to family & friends and if we ever move again we wouldn’t hesitate but to use Nicemove again! Thank you!
