No.8 hotpot Food hygiene rating :🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The flavors mirror those I encountered in China, and the service is impeccable. The attentive staff promptly addressed any requests, making the dining experience exceptional. The meticulously presented dishes add a touch of elegance, making it an ideal spot for a romantic date.

First time for my husband, he loved it! I found it hard to choose the ingredients and despite the staff being super helpful seeing the actual item was helping me much more. We loved it but consider going as 3-4 people and spend like 30-40 per person to experience as much as possible :) I would have loved buffé option like in Beijing.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a hot pot restaurant that exceeded my expectations. Despite not having a reservation, the staff was incredibly accommodating and managed to secure a table for me. Their professionalism and courtesy were evident throughout the meal, as they patiently explained the menu and offered recommendations. The food itself was exceptional, particularly the seafood platter and the beef wagyu, which were both fresh and flavorful. Overall, I had a highly satisfactory dining experience and would gladly return in the future.

It's the best hot pot I've ever had in Manchester. The tomato soup has a rich base. The meat here is fresh cut, not frozen, and the quality is better than any other. The staff Jennifer is very friendly. Some suggestions: Looking to add new dishes, such as duck intestines. In addition, I hope that the ventilation of the store will be better, cos it could be very choking when there are many guests.

Highly recommend No.8, great service and great food. I rarely give a review to a restaurant. (normally I just give negative review) The food really amazes me especially the rib eye and the Australian Wagyu (highly recommended). The staffs were really friendly and explained everything to us before we ordered. I would say this is the best Hotpot restaurant in the North West area!
